This month we honor our Senior Pastor Jeffrey, Associate Pastor Nathan, and Worship Pastor John for faithfully preaching God’s Word, shepherding our families, leading us in worship through music, and walking with us through every season. We love and appreciate you!

We will have our quarterly business meeting on Sunday, Oct. 11th immediately following worship service. If you have an item for the agenda, please submit it to the office by Oct. 8th.
If you are a committee chair/leader, please have a report ready to share with the congregation if you normally give a report. If you are not able to be present, please email it to Pastor Jeffrey.
The new toddler playground is ready for fun! Parents, please note that this playground is designed for toddlers 2-5. We also appreciate you helping us to keep it tiday.
Operation Christmas Child
Through Nov. 11
We’re excited to kick off the season of giving by supporting children in need around the world through Operation Christmas Child!
Stop by the table in the vestibule to pick up a shoebox and a flier with packing guidelines, including items not to include and instructions for tracking your box.
Prefer not to pack and ship a box yourself? We’re also accepting monetary donations. Simply drop your donation in the jar at the Operation Christmas Child table, marked “OCC.” Checks should be made payable to Clifford Baptist Church. Please note that these donations will not appear on your annual giving statement.

**FALL FESTIVAL**
October 31st 6:00-8:00
It is time again for the annual Clifford Baptist Church Fall Festival. If you are unfamiliar with the Fall Festival, it is a carnival type festival/party on the night of Halloween, Oct. 31st. Our purpose is to give the church’s children and the community’s children an alternative to trick or treating. Our mission is to have a safe environment with LOTS of games, candy, bounce houses, fun and especially JESUS! Visit our table for details and we hope you will be able to come and bring your children and Grandchildren! 1st Thess. 5:22.
We need your support. Just behind VBS, this is the second largest outreach to the community and to our children, and it cannot be done without you. We are so grateful to all who give their time, energy and candy every year to make this possible. How can you help?
*PRAYER-for the children to have fun and be ministered to, the workers to be used by Jesus, and the evening to be safe and blessed!
*We need LOTS of individually wrapped, unopened candy. No choke hazards please.
*Pick up a flyer/poster at the Fall Festival table to place in a local business. Please invite people to come and get the word out.
*We need about 60 people willing to spend 2 hours ministering to kids through Bible themed games and play. (If you have young children, we want you to enjoy the evening with them.) We also need greeters, parking lot helpers, and people willing to stay a little later to help with cleanup.
PLEASE SIGN UP TODAY OR NO LATER THAN WED. 21st IF YOU CAN HELP. This allows time for assignments to be organized and instructions prepared and given out on Sunday the 25th.

Join the Women’s Ministry for an afternoon of creativity and fellowship on Saturday, November 7, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the church Social Hall.
Choose from three fun crafts: painting, paint pour, and decoupage napkins.

“FEED THE FLOCK: SECOND HELPING WEDNESDAYS!”
A Monthly Mission to Fill Bellies & Hearts
On the 2nd Wednesday of each month, we feed around 40 hungry teenagers—and we’d love for YOU to be part of it!
We’re looking for a person, family, or tag-team to provide a meal for our youth. It’s a simple (and delicious!) way to serve together, show Christ’s love, and maybe even become a youth-group legend—especially if your mac and cheese slaps. 😋
🍴 WHAT YOU BRING:
A main dish, at least one side, and a dessert
Drop everything off in the church kitchen by 6:15 PM on your scheduled Wednesday
Optional but encouraged: Stay and eat with us! We’d love to have you.
🥤 WHAT WE PROVIDE:
Drinks, Plates, cups, napkins & cutlery
Serving utensils and everything else you need
Gratitude, high-fives, and maybe a few requests for your recipe!
Whether you go gourmet or keep it classic, your meal makes a difference. You’re helping our teens feel welcomed, cared for, and loved—one plate at a time.
